TEXTBOOK
Think outside the research paper...what if your students could create their own textbook? Maybe each student is responsible for one topic and you combine them all to create chapters of a textbook. Students can incorporate photos, video, animations, graphics, hyperlinks, and more while still utilizing research skills and citations. Perhaps you could use that textbook for teaching in the future.
BROCHURE
You know those books that car companies print that show all the features of a particular model? What if your students create something like those about a particular topic? Maybe about an extinct animal or a historic location or a famous artist or even a new product that they would like to invent.
